Winemaker Comments

Direct pressing of handpicked fruit yielded delicate color. Brief barrel aging allowed for microoxygenation letting the wine breath and reach it’s potential. Aromas of honeydew melons. Flavors
of passionfruit and white pepper with a lush full body. River rock minerality on the finish with
notes of caramel.
