Tasting Notes

A brooding dark red with complex aromas of brown sugar crumble, honey, clove, and dried herbs. A sweet entry gives way to a meaty wine with notes of plum, cedarwood, and cherries. The finish is silky smooth and leaves you wanting more. Pair with smoked Gouda or roasted turkey.
